Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

Payment

Payment via the website is taken immediately. We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. 

Delivery

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We use Royal Mail delivery services. Orders are usually shipped within one working day of order receipt.

Environment

At NapsackBaby^TM we are committed to doing our bit to protect the environment. To this end, wherever possible, we use recycled packaging material.

Cancellation/Returns

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the carrier(s), providing it is returned unused, still in its original packaging and suitable for resale. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price but will be responsible for all postal costs.

Should your carrier have a fault, you may return it for a full refund including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

At NapsackBaby^TM we comply with UK Data Protection Law. We use the information collected from you to process orders and nothing else (unless you have given permission for us to send you a newsletter). Your information will never be given or sold to any third party.
